SAVOURY SHORTCRUST BISCUITS

Ingredients

  150g softened butter (at room temperature)
  150g cream cheese
  300g all purpose flour
  1 egg
  a pinch of salt
  coarse salt

PREPARATION - How to make savoury cookies

Mix all the ingredients in a cold bowl. Let the dough rest for 1 hour. Fill the cylinder of Biscuits and insert the desired extruder. Place the machine on a baking tray and push down the lever of the cookie press.

Continue until all the dough has been used. 

Sprinkle cookies with coarse salt and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. 

Serve with cream cheese of ham mousse.
